All Castle Glen Vineyard Wines are 100% manufactured and produced in Queensland at our property on the Granite Belt. Our Stanthorpe Table Wines, Sparkling Wines and Fortified Wines are 100% Natural, Chemical Free and Preservative Free!
We have the equivalent of 100 acres of grapes under production, with over 12 different varieties being grown making Castle Glen Vineyard one of the most significant sized wineries on the Granite Belt.
Great care is taken in growing – using chemical and pesticide free farming practices, harvesting – handpicked high quality grapes and processing – using de-stemming and airbag press equipment. With an elevation level of 938m the acid content of our grapes is just perfect for winemaking. Wonderful, natural, sulphur free wine is the result. Here at Castle Glen we believe in natural is best.
At Castle Glen we do not add other nasty chemicals to our wine like tannins or colouring. There are no additives to change or modify the wine in any way. Many wine companies are using a cocktail of chemicals to make wines taste and look more appealing. Sulphur dioxide and other sulphur products are not the only chemicals added to todays wines.
Castle Glen Liqueurs are manufactured using the Traditional English Method of fermentation and fortification, using raw natural ingredients. Our liqueurs are not vodka with flavour or essences. Real fruit, real nuts, real dark chocolate, real white chocolate, real liquorice root, real musk thistle, are just some of the real ingredients we use in our fabulous liqueurs. The result, mouth-watering, delectable liqueurs that taste of the real natural ingredients they are made from.
Castle Glen Liqueurs are All Natural and Preservative Free, with no nasty chemicals at all. Our Crème Liqueurs contain No Dairy, No Fat and No Egg, but their creamy taste and texture is unbelievable.

Castle Glen Brewery founded in 2009, is becoming ever more popular as more people discover its boutique style beers as they are released.
The traditional old style European beers i.e. English Ale, Dark Ales & Munich Ale hold true to the standard of fine beer and are accompanied by a range of lighter beers such as Pilsner, Wheat and Draught Beers.
The new specialty beers include Chocolate beer, Fruit & Ginger beer. Castle Glens’ Wine Beer Chardonnay is ever popular and like all Castle Glen products is preservative and chemical free. Beers are fermented
and matured for 6 months prior to release and bottled in beautiful 500ml Black Glass bottles from Italy.

Castle Glen Distillery has achieved the status of the only Whiskey manufacturer in Queensland – another milestone in the history of Castle Glen and a fantastic achievement for a small boutique winery on the Granite Belt that has gone from strength to strength thanks to its creative owner, winemaker, liqueur maker now brewer and distiller, Cedric Millar.
Whiskey production got underway in 2009 and we are now proud to announce we have just released the first Castle Glen 2YO Whiskey. Castle Glen Australia’s 2 YO Whiskey is unique – it is unblended with no added caramel, neutral spirit flavourings or additives found in many commercial Whisky products in the market place.
Castle Glen uses only the finest malt from Switzerland which is also used for our boutique beer. The whiskey is double distilled and aged in oak for a minimum 2 years.
Soon to be released will be the first Castle Glen Limited Edition 2 YO Whiskey. Castle Glen Whiskey
